Pre puppy consultation

When you reach out before your puppy arrives, it allows me to help you from the very beginning. You'll be better prepared, knowing what to expect and I find that those who have these early appointments feel more confident and less overwhelmed. During our one-hour session, we can cover a variety of topics, including your puppy's first night, sleeping arrangements, toilet training, preventing separation issues, and how to set up and puppy-proof your home and garden. You'll also have plenty of time to ask any questions you may have.

Consists of:
Initial one hour consultation which takes place at your home address, during which we will discuss puppies early weeks and how you can set them up for success. This can be taken prior to your puppy’s arrival if required. This is followed by a further 2 x 1-1 sessions to focus on essential life skills foundations.
Comprehensive personalised puppy foundation plan, supporting you through those crucial early weeks, with advice on toilet training, crate training, puppy mouthing/biting, sleeping routines and much more. By focusing on these foundational skills from an early age, you will give your puppy the best start and help prevent issues developing as your puppy matures.

Puppy 1-1 sessions

These sessions can help with common puppy training issues such as crate training, lead walking and recall foundations, toilet training and general manners. The first session will take place at your home address, any subsequent sessions can be taken either at your home or at a prearranged outside location.
Puppy classes
6 week course - £105
Prepare your puppy for all the adventures life has to offer, and teach them the skills needed to safely fit into our human world. This course focuses on building your puppy’s confidence and manners, and equips you and them with the understanding of how to transfer those skills into real world situations. I use training games, play and rewards to teach you and your puppy to build a relationship based on connection and cooperation, enabling you to raise a well mannered pup who you can go on to enjoy all aspects of your life with. Maximum four per class to ensure plenty of individual attention in class, and so that your puppy doesn’t become overwhelmed.

My 1-1 sessions are scheduled by appointment and the first session will take place in your home. The initial assessment lasts about 90 minutes, and follow-up sessions are recommended to guide you through the process. These follow-ups can be booked individually or as a bundle and can be either at your home or at a mutually convenient outdoor location. During the assessment, we’ll discuss your dog’s history, evaluate their temperament, and work to identify the motivation behind their behaviour. My goal is to provide you with a clear, effective training program tailored to you and your dog.
